Bree + Jake’s wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect! Bree looked so sophisticated in her detailed Maggie Sottero gown paired with her rhinestoned Badgley Mischka heels. Her bridesmaids by her side in the most gorgeous dusty blue gowns which looked so perfect with Kimberly Hamiltons colorful spring bouquets. Their wedding day featured so many sweet details. Signature cocktails dedicated to their furry friends, a champagne wall for their guests to enjoy, and even coffee grounds as their favors.

Bree was one of the most calm brides I have ever met…even considering the fact that up until the morning of the wedding, Mother Nature was calling for thunderstorms and rain ALL day! But we were blessed with a sunny day and a couple who brought all the joy and fun! Part of the reason I recommend the first look is for this reason alone, if it would’ve rained that evening, it would’ve been so tricky to get bride and groom portraits. Bree + Jake decided to share a first look a few months before their day and I am SO happy they did…because Jakes reaction was one for the books!!

Every single one of their details were so thoughtful, there were so many moments that warmed my heart. From Bree + her father taking a shot at the bar after their first look, to portrait time at Sylvan lake (which holds a special place in their heart), to a last dance under the market lights, and finally enjoying their cocktail hour because we were an hour ahead of schedule. Every moment was just beautiful!
