Middleton Place sits on the Ashley River with the most beautiful flowers and gardens, Spanish moss, and oak allées. The grounds are with gardens, multiple ceremony spaces, room for guests to wander and settle in, portrait spots around every corner. It's the kind of place that makes you stop and take Charleston in.
The Ashley River behind you, live oaks overhead, and inside, historic rooms that carry the same weight as the grounds themselves. The pier, the lawn, the interior spaces — all of it private, all of it waiting for the vision you've been building.
A Federal-style townhouse in the heart of the historic district, with a team that treats your day like their own. Dinner moves through the house, dancing spills out into the walled garden, and quiet portrait spots are a short walk in any direction.

Spring and fall offer the most consistent conditions for wedding photography in Charleston, SC, March through May and October through November are especially beautiful. Summer weddings are entirely possible, but heat and humidity are real considerations for you and your guests.
