Floral Dreams and Golden Retrievers: The Perfect Touches for Their Wilmington Wedding

Some of my favorite moments from this wedding include Olivia’s Maid of Honor in a gorgeous floral blush gown, heart-shaped sunglasses, and the adorable golden retriever acting as the flower girl. Not to mention, the florals by Salt Harbor took the whole wedding to another level. It was the perfect representation of a Wilmington wedding venue coming to life with dreamy details.

Attention to Detail: How Olivia + Walker’s Wedding Came to Life

I started their day at a family friend’s house (thank you so much again, Leslie!) while the girls got their hair and makeup done at Alice Lawson Salon. It was detail heaven! Olivia’s illustrated invites, Bella Belle heels, Mrs. Box, and lush florals and greenery all contributed to capturing the essence of their wedding style. Wilmington NC wedding venues like Airlie Gardens truly elevate these moments.

A Ceremony Filled with Thoughtful Touches

The ceremony was filled with personal touches and thoughtful details, all orchestrated by Salt Harbor. From the stunning neutral florals to the umbrellas and fans keeping guests comfortable under the sun, every element was considered with care. Not to mention the string quartet playing as the wedding party walked down the aisle—such a beautiful addition to this Wilmington wedding.

The Reception: Where Elegance Meets Fun

As for the reception, the room was decorated with elegant details that matched the couple’s vision perfectly. A beautiful sweetheart table, florals on every table, and hand-written menus and welcome signs by Southern Bee Brooke created an intimate and romantic ambiance. The Wilmington wedding venue did an incredible job providing the backdrop for their night of non-stop dancing. The party didn’t stop, and it was so much fun to capture.

A Sparkling Send-Off: The Perfect Ending to a Beautiful Wilmington NC Wedding

To end the celebration, they had cold sparklers and a getaway car to send their guests off. The wedding was truly a reflection of Olivia + Walker’s vision for their day, made possible by their wonderful family, friends, and wedding vendors.
