Meet Katlin + Dylan, two best friends that constantly make each other laugh. After meeting each other through the marriage of Katlin’s best friend and Dylan’s brother, they built a friendship that soon blossomed into something much more.

Fast forward to New Years Eve, Katlin + Dylan were at an event to watch the ball drop. As everyone was cheering and ringing in the new year, the colors were exploding in the sky and Dylan then asked Katlin to marry him.

Their engagement session was full of warm smiles and passionate kisses, it was like a scene out of a Nicholas Sparks movie…so perfect and dreamy! We met at Byler Lane Winery in Auburn, Indiana (somewhere that holds a special place in their hearts) and ended the session at Metea Park, it’s safe to say this session was a beautiful one.

Isn’t Katlin’s ring gorgeous? She was telling me that Dylan and her mom went ring shopping together to find the perfect engagement ring. So cute and job well done Dylan!!

Speaking of Nicholas Sparks movies…”If you’re a bird, I’m a bird.”

During our session, Katlin asked if we could do a pose where the guy picks up the girl and swings her around. I loooove when my couples suggest fun poses like this, look how cute this one turned out!! By far one of my favorites!
