PERSONAL DETAILS

Everyone absolutely loves personalization! Really putting your heart into your details and making it truly yours will leave a wonderful impression on not only your guests, but your wedding memories as well.

• Signature cocktails in honor of your furry friends
• Customized invitation suite with illustrations (your venue, monogram, etc)
• A scroll of your wedding vows / special quote
• Personalied napkins
• Place settings with your guests’ names
• A fun escort board
• A warm welcome sign

ENGAGING VENDORS

Keeping your guests entertained should be important! Hiring vendors they can engage with makes a world of a difference in their experience.

• Photo booths
• Live Painter
• Casual games (cornhole, jenga, etc)
• Food trucks
• Dessert trucks (ice cream, popsicles, etc)
• Instead of a bluetooth speaker for your ceremony, hire strings!
• YOUR DJ MATTERS!

 

YOUR INTRODUCTIONS + EXITS

Dancing into your reception can be fun, but there are so many other unique ways to be introduced and start the party! Line dances, short skits, built in grand entrance, confetti / balloon drop, etc. The ideas are endless!

CEREMONY EXIT: If your reception is at a different location, have your guests line up outside your ceremony location and toss flower petals as you run through the tunnel of guests and entering into your getaway car (or fun transportation).

RECEPTION EXIT: Ending your party with a sparkler exit is the perfect way to let your guests know that all of the formal events are done and it’s time to open that dance floor up. Another idea is if you are close to some water, jump / run into with your wedding party!

PS: Most exits happen in the middle of the reception right after all formal events!
