Kylah + Josh’s Love Story

Kylah + Josh went to dinner at their favorite restaurant Marcellas and ended the night with the ball dropping into 2020. As soon as the clock struck 12, they kissed, and Josh got down on one knee and proposed!

The Wedding Day

Kylah + Josh were going to get married in Ohio this November until the pandemic changed all of their plans. Instead, they decided to host a gorgeous backyard wedding in Manchester, Michigan. Their day was an absolute dream to be a part of and they couldn’t have planned it any better!

The way Josh loves Kylah, hearing him call her ‘darling’ the entire day and the way Kylah looks at him, all of it made my heart so warm and fuzzy. These two had the biggest smiles on their faces throughout the day and when Kylah mentioned that her wedding was everything she ever dreamed of, it really made me so happy.

Their wedding details were honestly so sweet. Josh had engraved ‘Always & Forever, Ky’ inside his wedding band as well as onto his cufflinks. Kylah’s included a stunning pearl necklace that had been passed down from the family. They both even created their own custom invitation suite! Her detailed dress was a show stopper and it’s no surprise Josh made the face he did during their First Look!

The day started off with an excited greeting from Kylah as I walked inside the home she was getting ready in. She was full of so much joy and I could tell she was ready to have the best day ever! While photographing details, I had myself a little helper named Charlie. Such a cutie!

On our way to the first look location, Kylah was telling me how she couldn’t believe it was her wedding day. She was also saying how excited she was to see Josh. That’s truly all you want on your wedding day, is to be with your best friend! Their first look was super cute which then lead into reading each other letters…so many happy tears, let me tell ya.
