Her work is editorial in eye and warm in feeling — soft, honest color, close attention to the details her couples have considered, and the moments that happen between them. She brings an artist's care to what's already in front of her, so her couples get to be present for the day instead of producing it. Most of them leave with a friend.
I can hardly believe we’re closing the book on 2025. This year felt layered in the best way with creative growth, lessons learned, and so many moments that reminded me why I love being a wedding photographer. 2025 wasn’t about perfection. It was about presence. About trusting my instincts, leaning into emotion, and letting powerful moments exist exactly as they were meant to; raw, honest, and beautifully human.
One of my favorite parts of being a destination wedding photographer is how this job constantly brings me somewhere new or back to places that already feel like home.
Detroit, Grand Rapids, Georgia, Charleston, New York City, Chicago, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Lake Michigan, Phoenix, and South Bend. Each location brought its own energy, light, and story and each one pushed me creatively in ways I’m incredibly grateful for.
If I had to name the biggest area of growth in 2025, it would be this: I trusted my artistic instincts more than ever before.
I learned that not every photo needs to be perfect to be powerful. Some of the most meaningful images this year came from letting go of overthinking, embracing movement, emotion, and imperfection, and allowing moments to unfold naturally.
That shift changed everything not just how my images look, but how they feel.
This year also challenged me in ways I didn’t expect from navigating unexpected technical challenges to adapting within team dynamics under pressure.
The biggest lesson? Stay adaptable and grounded, no matter what.
I’m incredibly proud that no matter what came up, I showed up as a professional and delivered every single time. Those moments stretched me, sharpened my problem-solving skills, and made me a stronger wedding photographer overall.
None of this happens without the incredible people I get to work alongside.
To my 2025 couples: thank you for your trust, your openness, and for allowing me into some of the most meaningful days of your lives.
To the planners, vendors, and creative partners I collaborated with: working alongside such talented, passionate people is always an honor.
And of course thank you to every couple who trusted me to document their story in a way that felt true to them.
My 2026 intention: To continue refining my craft by bringing a heightened editorial elegance to my signature natural style in every shoot.
To close out the year, I’m sharing a collection of my favorite images from 2025.
Thank you for following along, supporting my work, and being part of this journey. If 2025 taught me anything, it’s that the best work comes from trust and I cannot wait to see what 2026 brings.
Here’s to another year of meaningful moments and beautiful stories 🤍
