A Gadsden House wedding, built with so much care. Peper Events set the room in greens and whites, botanical china, and hydrangeas covering the head table from every direction. Cash, their golden retriever, made his entrance like he'd been on the guest list all along. Then the tambourines, meant as a send-off alone but had turned into a full concert by the second course with guests stomping and singing while the chandeliers shook overhead. Outside, under an open Charleston sky, the first dances drew guests to both levels of the balcony, leaning over the railings to watch. The tambourines led them out to a bike cab waiting with "just married" on the side.
