Taylor + Joe met in middle school and began dating in high school. Both of them attended the University of Illinois, where Joe pursued a degree in finance, and she focused on Spanish education. Throughout their college years, they had the opportunity to study abroad in Bilbao, Spain, and explore various parts of Europe together. Their first date was at 16 where they met at a local breakfast place and bonded over delicious meals and has become their favorite memory to this day.
