Amber + Adam are high school sweethearts (but both went to different high schools)! They connected on Instagram and since then, they have been completely inseparable! Their first date was the classic first date, a dinner and a movie but Ambers dad joined and has since become a tradition for the next six years as these two dated.

When it was time to propose to Amber, Adam had reached out to a photographer to document the proposal and  so they set up a “styled” shoot to throw off the sense it would in the end be a proposal. They were on a special bridge when they were guided into a pose; Amber had stood behind Adam to run up and hug him from behind. After that, the roles were reversed and it was Adam’s turn for the prompt…but he was taking a little longer than usual but Amber didn’t suspect anything from it since it was quite cold outside! As Amber turned around, Adam was down on one knee and she was in utter shock and that day had become one of the best days ever.

I cannot wait to photograph Amber + Adam’s wedding day at Allure on the Lake next year, Amber’s vision is SO classy and timeless!!
